All surveys are viewed and verified by with drawing preparation within our office based in Dyce, prior to production of a PDF copy and burning of the survey to DVD. We always endeavour to provide an accurate and fair assessment of the internal drain condition.
Drainflow have recently invested in Win Can V8, which reports defects to the recently updated WRC manual of sewer condition (fourth edition), the world leader in reporting software and again some of our competitors use an office based version of this system which will not link to the footage. We immediately saw the benefit to our clients providing a composite report on DVD which reduces their time in looking through either videos, DVD’s or sheets of paper. Reports produced by Drainflow are backed up for retention for a period of two years as we find clients tend to misplace our work on occasion. What does a CCTV report prove?
