| Drainflow have recently been awarded the contract to undertake a complete cctv survey of sewers installed by the Les Taylor Group prior to their administration for Scotia Homes at their Peterhead Housing Development. This is necessary to provide evidence of current condition prior to a new sub-contractor being appointed to continue the works and ultimately assist with the adoption process of the sewers with Scottish Water. The work involves manhole depths and structural condition, brickwork and manhole cover report, full cctv survey of about 5000m of sewers installed to date including house connections and is being administered through Fairhurst the Civil designers of the scheme. Work is anticipated to take about three weeks to complete with a contract value of approximately £10,000 |
